  • Commit to staying safe, both mentally and physically.

Step 3

  • Be aware of your environment and take reasonable precautions.

Step 4

  • Maintain distance from potential assailants.

Step 5

  • Stop the assault and get away.

Step 6

  • Immediately contact police if attacked

Step 7

  • Seek assistance to deal with the stress of being assaulted.
